We look for candidates with a “Servant’s Heart”, i.e. people who are customer service-minded and are willing to go the extra mile to care for seniors. Ideal candidates are somewhat flexible in their schedules and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure residents’ comfort and safety. In return, we offer service opportunities in a family-like atmosphere, with flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must pass a drug screen test and must not have a past criminal history of drug abuse, theft, or physical violence against others. You are NOT required to be a State Tested or Certified Nursing Assistant to serve our seniors.
Resident Services and Memory Care:
Full-time, part-time, and PRN (Pro Re Nata, as needed) positions are available in the Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood helping residents with their activities/instrumental activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, etc.) All applicants must be available to work some weekends.
